Personal Information Protection Policy (Privacy Statement)

The Company provides various services to our customers such as system integration services and cutting-edge information technology. In the course of providing services to our customers, various information will be collected from the customers and handled by the Company. Among the information collected, personal information is of extreme importance.
Under this understanding, the Company has set forth the following personal information protection policies to properly protect personal information and continue to provide services that satisfy our customers.

  1. Set a clear purpose for the collection of personal information, and collect such information only to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose.
  2. Personal information will be used and provided within the scope of the specified purpose of collection.
    If it exceeds the range necessary to achieve the purpose of collection, it will be done with the consent of the person.
  3. We will take reasonable safety measures against risks related to personal information (unauthorized access to personal information, loss, destruction, falsification and leakage of personal information, etc.) and take corrective action if it occurs.
  4. Laws and regulations, and other rules regarding personal information shall be complied with.
  5. The management system and efforts to protect personal information shall be improved on an ongoing basis.
  6. A consultation desk for personal information shall be established, and complaints and consultations regarding personal information shall be appropriately handled in good faith.

About the Purpose of Use and the Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

In the conductance of our business activities, the Company uses personal information for the following purposes.

Personal Information of Customers

Purpose of use:
Negotiations, contact, consultations, study, order receipt/placement, settlement, and handling in regards to the transaction
Provision/receipt of goods and services based on the transactions

Such information shall not be provided to third parties.

Personal Information of Applicants for Employment

Purpose of use:
Examinations and decisions in regards to employment
Provision of information such as the Company information and employment information as well as various communications such as notices of acceptance/rejection

Personal Information on Members of Partner Companies

Purpose of use:
Order receipt,entrance/exit management at our business sites and effective placement of personnel
Provision to third parties:
Provision of technical personnel information is provided to customers

Personal Information on Officers, Employees, Employees’ Family Members, and Retired Personnel

Purpose of use:
Business communication/information exchange, attendance management, payment of salary, effective placement of personnel, evaluation, skills development, welfare programs, labor management, such as safety and health, etc. as well as the performance of obligations stipulated in other labor relations act, laws concerning tax, social insurance, etc., receipt/performance/management of various procedures stipulated in company regulations, entrance/exit management at our business sites, communications/sending distribution materials concerning social gatherings, sending distribution materials such as in-house newsletters, communications in case of emergencies, and order receipts
Provision to third parties:
Communication with and provision of information to health insurance associations, employee shareholding associations, asset management organizations related to defined contribution pension plans, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies; notifications and reports to governmental agencies and organizations to which the Company belongs; and the provision of technical personnel information to customers

Provision to third parties may be terminated upon request by the person concerned.

Procedures for Requesting Disclosures, etc.

When requesting a Disclosure, etc., please download, print, fill out, and send the Company’s prescribed form (Request for Notification, Disclosure, etc. of the Purpose of Use of the Personal Information) to the Company. Please note that the Company may decide not to disclose information independently evaluated by the Company and added to the personal information obtained by the Company.

  1. Please prepare the following documents in the event that the person concerned will perform the procedures.
    Documents to be submitted for identification
    • (1)A photocopy of the certificate of residency of the person concerned
    • (2)A photocopy of either one of the following: driver’s license, health insurance card, or pension book of the person concerned
  2. Please prepare the following documents in the event that a delegate will perform the procedures.

    • (2)A letter of proxy
    • (3)A photocopy of either one of the following: driver’s license, health insurance card, or pension book of the delegate
